Understand the needs of each customer and the specific project requirements – this may include a technical site survey and project assessment for suitability for a ground or air source heat pump solution. This means that our customers are clear about commitments and objectives on both sides helping them to fully understand the supply and provide a complete
project solution proposal with accurate heat pump sizing to meet the space heating and hot water demands of the project including a clear pricing and payment structure. This ensures that no “hidden” extras appear at installation which helps our customers’ budget for their project accurately
Nominate an account manager to ensure pre delivery schedules and information are managed accurately to ensure no delay at installation.
Nominate a project installer manager for full installation and commissioning support and handover of heat pump technology.
Provide a follow up service to ensure requirements have been achieved and an annual inspection for the customers’ peace of mind in the total solution.
