Air Source Heat Pumps

Internal heat pump with external air handling unit

An external fan unit and heat exchanger, capture energy directly from the air. Air source heat pump systems offer both internal and external heat pumps designs.

Internal air source heat pump – Energy is passed via low temperature water/glycol mixture and piped into the house

External air source heat pump – Energy is processed within the external system and high temperature hot water is piped into the building.
